REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT GUIDELINE

General guidelines

Please read the following information before you register:

  1. To register, please select the relevant category listed below:

    • MAA members 

    • PAAI member 

    • Student of PAAI member (PAAI member as main supervisor)

    • Local & international students

    For MAA members, you may check your 2025 membership status at https://tinyurl.com/maamembers2025.


    For non-members or membership renewal, you may apply for membership at https://malaysiananatomicalassociation.onpay.my/order/form/membership.

      

      *The conference fee for MAA members is applicable to individuals holding an active MAA            membership and currently employed in Malaysia. 

  1. The registration fees are as below:

  1. Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to provide his/her details and email address in the designated section in registration form. When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

  2. For students, proof of student card will be required during registration to verify student status.

  3. ‍Any personal data inserted in the registration form will be of sole use for the 8th IASCBC & 3rd MAAC.

Registration Fee Payment

  • To register and pay the registration fees, please click HERE. 

  • If you would like to purchase additional dinner tickets for accompanying persons, or add-on pre-conference workshops, please click HERE.

Refund Policy

Refund Deadline

  • Attendees who cancel their registration on or before 31st May 2025 will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees, minus RM50 processing fee

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from 1st June onwards or for no-shows.

Substitution Policy

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. All substitution requests must be made in writing (email to : maac.iascbc.reg@gmail.com) by 1st August 2025.

Force Majeure

  • In the event the conference is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), registrants may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled event date.
