REGISTRATION GUIDELINE

General guidelines

  1. Please select the relevant category and provide the relevant document as listed below:

    • MAA members - MAA membership certificate

    • PAAI member - Proof of PAAI membership

    • Student of PAAI member (PAAI member as main supervisor) - A copy of matriculation card

    • Local & international students - A copy of matriculation card

    No supporting document required for non-MAA local participants and international participants.

  2. The registration fees are as below:

  1. Group registrations cannot be processed online under one email address identification; each participant needs to have his/her own profile set up with a unique email address. When registering more than one person under one company identity/invoice, please contact the Secretariat to determine the preferred invoicing setting.

  2. ‍Any personal data inserted in the registration form will be of sole use for the 8th IASCBC & 3rd MAAC.

Refund Policy

Refund Deadline

  • Attendees who cancel their registration on or before 31st May 2025 will receive a 50% refund of their registration fees, minus RM50 processing fee

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from 1st June onwards or for no-shows.

Substitution Policy

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. All substitution requests must be made in writing (email to : maac.iascbc.reg@gmail.com) by 1st August 2025.

Force Majeure

  • In the event the conference is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), registrants may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a rescheduled event date.
